Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or MLT degree with 1 year clinical lab experience.
• Basic lab competencies and ability to follow SOPs.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and set up instruments for testing.
• Run tests and read/release results.
• Perform quality control per QA guidelines.
• Oversee entry and release of results; read UA slides.
• Participate in departmental training and ad hoc projects.
