Antech is seeking a part-time laboratory associate to receive and prepare samples for analysis, operate instruments, and interpret results. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to QA guidelines, and cross-training across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates hold an Associates or Bachelor's in Medical Technology or MLT with at least 1 year of clinical lab experience, and strong communication skills in English. This position offers a PT schedule and standard lab benefits.

Formación

• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or MLT Degree in related field with a minimum of 1 year clinical laboratory experience.
• Must be proficient in at least three clinical areas including Hematology and capable of reading results.
• Proactive in QA guidelines and quality control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analysis and tests.
• Oversees entering and releasing of results; reads UA slides.
• Performs tests such as Chemistry, CBC, COAG, UA and Progesterone and participates in department training.
