Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Current MLS/MT certification or equivalent.
• FL CLIA general supervisor qualifications required.
• Active Florida licensure or clear path to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for reception, phlebotomy, and processing.
• Provide general supervision of testing personnel and reporting.
• Build staff schedules and provide shift coverage.
• Onboard, train, and assess competency of staff.
• Maintain procedures and ensure compliance with CLIA/COLA.
