Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Massachusetts is hiring a Login/Client Support Specialist to greet clients, vendors and visitors, answer general questions and help keep a fast-paced laboratory running smoothly. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Must live within commutable distance to Ayer, MA.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with compensation of $20/hour. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (biology/chemistry background preferred), strong computer and data-entry skills,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; biology/chemistry background preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced environment; lab exposure preferred.
LIMS experience (TALS) is a plus; strong data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, vendors and visitors to the lab and answer general questions.
Provide support to the laboratory to ensure efficient operations.
Perform data entry and assist with customer services as needed.
