Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, further education in biological or chemical science preferred.
• Experience in a fast pace work environment.
• Lab experience and exposure to environmental industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, vendors and visitors to the laboratory and answering general questions.
• Data entry into LIMS; TALS experience a plus.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
• Organize and record samples in an efficient manner.
• Maintain department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping.
• Assist with customer services and handle walk-in client interactions.
• Process daily mail and small shipments of bottle kits.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
