Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years: General laborer or janitorial experience.
• Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs. without assistance; must stand for the duration of the shift.
• Existing security clearance is preferred but not required; must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• A valid/clear driver\'s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and orbital floor scrubbers.
• Maintain and clean facilities, breakrooms, lobbies, restrooms, and restock supplies.
• Escort visitors throughout division workspaces.
• Safely handle chemical cleaning products and perform general labor tasks.
• Follow procedures for cleaning, including floor care and trash removal.
