Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years: use of handheld power tools (drills, hand saws, etc.).
• 0-2 years: experience with supply runs and materials staging.
• 0-2 years: familiarity with ticketing/work order/help desk systems.
• 0-2 years: reliable, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials for logistics and facilities work.
• Assist with restocking and storage organization.
• Respond to and complete tasks via the help desk system promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with project teams, facilities staff, and internal stakeholders to support operations and timelines.
• Adhere to safety policies and proper use of tools and PPE.
• Perform carpentry tasks to build, modify, and repair lab/office setups.
• Support relocation and reconfiguration of lab/office spaces including moving equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble office furniture for moves and renovations.
• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Conduct division supply runs including pickups, deliveries, and staging.
