Job summary

Lynker Technologies is seeking an Electronics Technician Maintenance II Lab to support the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center. The role focuses on maintenance, testing and repair of marine electronic systems and data acquisition hardware in a lab setting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maritime electronics maintenance, the ability to read schematics, and experience with SMD repairs and calibration instruments. Travel and leadership duties may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 4+ years in maintenance, repair, test of marine electronics systems.
• Ability to read schematics and work with precision calibration tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, diagnose and repair electronic line replaceable units and systems.
• Work in an electronics lab with bench testing equipment.
• Test down to component level for sensors and data systems.
• Use oscilloscopes, DMMs, generators and RF tooling for diagnostics.
• Adhere to procedures, drawings and schedules with limited supervision.
• Lead tasks and ensure quality and conformance to policies.
