Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Verification Engineer II in New York, onsite at Farley, for a 12-month engagement. The role involves hands-on board bring-up, lab testing with oscilloscopes and other instruments, and executing validation plans against design requirements.

You will troubleshoot circuit-level failures, perform PCB rework, collect and analyze test data, and document results in lab reports while supporting NPI milestones EVT/DVT/PVT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electronics test, validation, or hardware quality engineering.
• Able to read schematics and perform board bring-up.
• Hands-on rework and soldering of fine-pitch components.
• Proficient with lab instrumentation including oscilloscope, DMM, function generator, power supplies, LCR meter.
• Experience designing and executing validation plans and tracing tests to requirements/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation plans against design requirements and document results.
• Troubleshoot circuit-level failures and perform PCB rework as needed.
• Capture and analyze test data; maintain clear lab reports.
• Track issues to resolution with cross-functional teams and support NPI milestones EVT/DVT/PVT.
