Eurofins Viracor LLC is seeking a Laboratory Data Entry QC Review Associate in Lenexa, KS to review and audit order entry information and perform accessioning and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

The role requires strong data entry skills, familiarity with LIMS, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. You will support batch records and collaborate with lab teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and comply with SOPs and policies.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate data entry proficiency with LIMS or other test ordering systems.
• Prioritize and organize workflow with excellent time management.
• Maintain detailed records with great attention to detail per documentation practices.
• Resolve patient demographic issues or discrepancies via appropriate contacts.
• Complete correction requests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to data management policies and lab safety standards.
• Prepare records for long-term/offsite storage as needed.
• Examine samples for accuracy and handling requirements.
• Label samples for delivery to proper locations.
• Maintain quality control/assurance records as required.
• Work closely with lab colleagues to complete daily activities.
• Provide administrative support for lab projects as needed.
