Job summary
Milliken and Company is seeking a Data Analyst Associate for the Physical Testing Lab. This role handles daily, weekly, and monthly data and charts, including data review, entry, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with lab and business personnel.
Qualifications include an Associate degree or 2–3 years in a related field, advanced skills in Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and SAP, plus strong communication and analytical abilities. Excel test will be administered during interview.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2-3 years’ experience in similar field preferred.
- Advanced user of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and SAP.
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple projects and demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Review SAP QI Stock reports daily to determine testing status.
- Review test data in SAP and determine material release.
- Monitor throughput and testing priorities in the lab.
- Input test data to SAP and MTS.
- Create COCs using SAP and MTS.
- Maintain test specifications in MTS.
- Analyze non-conformances using SAP, MTS, and databases.
- Compile test history by style and requested tests.
- Analyze Product Capability and update testing plans.
- Conduct specialty testing as needed.
