Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Data Analyst Associate for the Physical Testing Lab to support the daily, weekly, and monthly creation and maintenance of data and charts. You will review data, enter data, analyze, create charts, and interact with lab personnel and business staff.

Excellent Excel/ SAP skills, strong communication, and multitasking are essential. The role requires collaboration across departments, on-site hours Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with top pay of $20.46/hour and an Excel test

Qualifications

Associates Degree or 2-3 years' experience in similar field preferred.
Must be an advanced user of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and SAP.
Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
Able to work on multiple projects/issues/requests at one time.
Strong organization skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Review QI Stock report from SAP daily to determine testing status of on hold materials.
Review test data in SAP and make determinations on releasing materials.
Monitor testing through-put of materials and testing priority within the lab.
Input test data to SAP and MTS.
Create COCs using SAP and MTS.
Maintain test specifications in MTS.
Monitor out of spec and testing non-conformance.
Analyze non-conformances based on style using history from SAP, MTS, and databases.
Compile test data history based on style and specific tests as requested by production or business.
Maintain calibration scheduling.
Analyze and review Product Capability.
Update/Modify testing plans for support of new products.
Conduct specialty testing in the lab as needed.
