Responsabilidades

• Greet every patient in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Perform Order Entry of laboratory orders as needed.
• Answer telephones in a friendly and efficient manner; screen calls and log messages.
• Act as liaison between patients, physicians, hospital staff, and laboratorians.
• Prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Participate in quality initiatives.
• Assist patients with questions about laboratory testing.
• Print, scan, process, and distribute laboratory reports.
