Qualifications

• Ability to learn software systems for lab automation.
• Balance multiple projects while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with automation and software teams to modularize scheduling platforms for lab workcells.
• Characterize workcells and integration needs for workflows.
• Develop, configure, test, and validate software modules enabling instrument-auto system integration.
• Configure scheduling logic for various instrument combinations and workflows.
• Test end-to-end automated workflows to ensure reliable performance.
• Support architecture and development of modular automation software solutions.
• Apply Python to support software development and system integration.
• Gain hands-on experience with full-stack automation software and robotics in the lab.
• Analyze technical results using statistics and data interpretation.
• Participate in design discussions, experiments, and problem-solving with teams.
• Maintain documentation and project records per guidelines.
• Provide additional software and automation support as needed.
