Job summary

Abbott is looking for a Laboratory Automation Services Operations Process Planner I to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of key operational initiatives within LAS Service Operations. The role focuses on optimizing equipment and service delivery processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction across departments.

The candidate will translate project work into schedules, support process improvements, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Operations, or related field; or Associate degree with 2 years experience.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, project management, service operations, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience leading project teams and/or directing people without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support decision-making and measure operational effectiveness (ROI) of initiatives.
• Participate in projects for new labs and product lines for space planning and equipment forecasts.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
