Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering/related field; or relevant experience as allowed
• 5+ years of service engineering or related industry experience
• 2+ years leading and/or directing people and/or project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate daily tasks to service engineers for installation, calibration, adjustment, repair, and optimization of laboratory automation systems.
• Oversee day-to-day service team functionality and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure coverage for workload and manage time-off requests.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and align service activities with operational goals.
• Ensure documentation and GDP-compliant records for all service activities.
• Support training and development for team members on evolving automation technologies.
