Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on automation in lab settings with robotic platforms.
- Experience with cfDNA or NGS workflows is a plus.
- Ability to translate protocols into automated methods.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement automation platforms for cfDNA/NGS workflows.
- Design robotic deck layouts and transfer parameters.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and documentation.
- Integrate liquid handlers with thermocyclers, plate readers, and LIMS.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize throughput and reproducibility.
