Job summary

Pace Analytical seeks an Entry-Level Lab Assistant - Temporary - Part-Time in Green Bay, WI to support lab operations, handle samples, and maintain daily equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities include cleaning glassware, transporting items, processing documents, and assisting with GLP-compliant procedures while maintaining a safe, cooperative workplace.

The role offers a supportive team, flexible hours Mon-Fri 12:00-4:00 PM, and a chance to contribute to Pace's mission of safe, accurate testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
• Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; transports and delivers glassware to required locations.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; escalates when required.
• May pick up, transports and delivers samples, documents, materials and other items as needed.
• Assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents, databases, and related materials for sample pick up, transport and delivery.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by participating in a work team.
• Promotes Pace Analytical mission by being courteous and cooperative with customers and staff.
