Job summary

Pace Analytical in Minneapolis is seeking a Lab Assistant to provide essential support for daily lab operations, handling samples and routine maintenance. This role helps ensure smooth workflows and accurate sample handling.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning and transporting glassware, assisting with documents and data, and helping the team deliver reliable service to customers while upholding company policies and GLP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
• Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; transports and delivers glassware as needed.
• Assists with compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; seeks guidance or escalates when required.
• May pick up, transports and delivers samples, documents, materials and other items as needed.
• Assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents and data for sample pickup, transport and delivery.
• Contributes to department efficiency by participating as an active team member and offering improvements.
