Pace Analytical is seeking an Entry-Level Lab Assistant - Temporary - Part-Time in Green Bay, WI. The role supports lab operations, handles samples, maintains GLP-compliant processes, and helps with documentation and data entry.

Work 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a temporary, on-site assignment. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, assisting with compliance, transporting items, and collaborating with the team to support efficient lab services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.
• Experience with customer service and data entry.
• Ability to follow GLP procedures in a lab setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. Incumbent(s) may be expected to perform job-related duties other than those contained in this document and may be required to have specific job-related knowledge and skills. • Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items. • Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; picks up, transports and delivers glassware to required location(s) keeping wash and storage area clean and organized. • Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; receives guidance and direction or escalates when required. • May pick up, transports and delivers samples, documents, materials and other items as needed. • Assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents, databases, and related materials and information for sample pick up, transport and delivery. • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team. • Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation. • May require a Valid Driver's License.
