Job summary

Eurofins Viracor LLC is seeking a Lab Assistant I, II, or III for a Tuesday–Saturday shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) in Lenexa, KS. The role centers on accessioning, specimen management, data entry in LIMS, and storage with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of clinical lab experience preferred. Training on SOPs and quality systems will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Comfort with raw specimen handling
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and policies
• Evening and weekend availability may be required
• 1 year data entry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accession and manage specimens
• Perform data entry into LIMS
• Prepare specimens for testing
• Label and ship samples
• Maintain QC and QA records
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with lab staff and management
• Assist with workflow and training as needed
