Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Lab Assurance Assistant in Switz City, IN. You will pull lab samples, enter data in SAP, and support quality assurance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Proficiency with Excel and Outlook helps manage documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and data-entry abilities required.
• Good command of written English for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow QA directions accurately.
• Experience with office software and basic SAP data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull lab samples and operate computers for data entry and documentation.
• Print tags for bag orders and headboards/gate tags for pro box orders.
• Conduct visual seed inspections and enter results in SAP.
• Probe and sample boxes and bags and assist with color sorting.
• Follow quality-specific directions with high accuracy.

Pay Rate: $24-$27 per hour

Shift:

1st shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM

2nd Shift 2:00PM - 10:30PM

3rd Shift 10:00PM - 6:30AM

What’s a typical day as Lab Assurance Assistant? You’ll be:

• Pulling lab samples and operating computers for data entry and documentation
• Printing tags for bag orders and headboards/gate tags for pro box orders
• Conducting visual seed inspections, recording results, and entering data into SAP
• Probing and sampling boxes and bags, and assisting with color sorting samples
• Following quality-specific directions and maintaining strict attention to detail
