Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Lab Analyst I to perform chemical and physical analyses in a production-site laboratory, support GMP operations, and manage sample administration in SAP/LIMS. You will release products, calibrate equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement while complying with ESH policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma with lab experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is also required for company car use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with prior lab experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic laboratory techniques.
• Fluent in English with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.

Responsibilities

• Involves conducting chemical and physical analyses in a production site laboratory.
• Performing product release and in-process control tests.
• Maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment.
• Managing sample administration in SAP/LIMS.
• Performing root cause analyses for nonconformities.
• Support GMP operations through computer system validation and method validation.
