Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate preparation, evaluation, and recording of seed analyses to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate with Unit Lead(s) and End-to-End Mission team to complete testing processes and data management.
• Learn and apply scientific methods and non-routine techniques for analysis per protocols and work instructions.
• Operate independently within a team while complying with ESH policies, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion feedback and provide oversight to contingent labor and promote collaboration.
• Manage inventory levels of reagents and consumables.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analyses for issues.
• Engage in Bayer’s safety program and support cross-site projects.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities to support business goals.
• Position may require driving a company vehicle.
