Qualifications

• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.
• Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic support to laboratory functions including maintenance, operation and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Provide clean and sterilized glassware for use in research lab.
• Operate and maintain basic lab equipment such as autoclaving.
• Make and supply media buffers and water to research areas as needed.
• Assist in organizing and setup lab supplies and equipment for individual researchers.
• Assist with inventory and record of supplies.
• Participate in meetings with principal investigator and research staff and evaluate data as needed.
