Job summary

Precise Behavioral Inc is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations in the Westlake Village/Los Angeles region. You will lead regional behavioral health program operations, collaborate with clinical leaders, and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

This hands-on role requires close client engagement and cross-functional execution across Clinical, Product, Technology, and Growth teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare services.
Experience managing healthcare, clinical, or service operations.
Proven experience working with clients, customers, or external partners.
Experience supporting new client implementations, program launches, or complex operational transitions.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operational performance across the Los Angeles service area.
Serve as the primary operational leader for the region, ensuring services meet clinical and client expectations.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, capacity, workflows to support service delivery.
Develop relationships with client leaders and address operational concerns promptly.
Support new client implementations and launch milestones with cross-functional teams.
Track regional KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with leadership.
Standardize best practices across LA clients and drive continuous improvement.
