Job summary

Precise Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead the Los Angeles regional operations, oversee day-to-day service delivery, and ensure alignment with clinical standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably within behavioral health or healthcare services.
• Experience managing healthcare, clinical, or service operations.
• Experience supporting new client implementations, program launches, or complex operational transitions.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• High degree of ownership, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Ability and willingness to be regularly present with clients and teams.
• Experience in coordinating across clinical and corporate teams to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational performance of behavioral health programs and services in the Los Angeles region.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for the region, ensuring services meet clinical and client expectations.
• Monitor regional performance, identify gaps or risks, and develop action plans.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, capacity, workflows, and other operational needs.
• Ensure local teams understand performance expectations and responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client/clinician experience.
• Escalate material risks or resource needs with recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues affecting client satisfaction or service delivery.
