You will ensure programs operate effectively, launch new client implementations successfully, and address operational issues quickly while building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations experience in healthcare services.
• Experience leading regional operations and client implementations.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance across the Los Angeles region.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for the region.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, capacity, and workflows.
• Ensure teams understand priorities and responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot challenges and drive resolution.
• Identify efficiency and client experience improvements.
