Qualifications

• Degree in Planning or related field, or strong technical understanding of Architecture/Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or similar.
• Recent LA-area public sector relationships and experience.
• Experience managing staff and winning competitively bid work.
• Strong problem solving and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team and serve as a liaison with leadership and partners.
• Oversee projects, maintain a positive culture, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Pursue and win work with meaningful impact for communities.
• Mentor and recruit staff across the LA region and West.
