Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in landscape architecture or related field.
• 5+ years in consulting or similar environment.
• Recent experience and active relationships with LA-area public sector agencies.
• Experience managing staff and leading teams.
• Experience pursuing and winning competitively bid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team of professionals in the LA office and coordinate with company leadership.
• Oversee projects, ensure high-quality, equity-centered outcomes, and mentoring of staff.
• Pursue and win meaningful work and nurture client relationships.
