Toole Design Group is seeking an Office Director for our Los Angeles team. You will lead a talented group of professionals, partner with leadership and external stakeholders, and drive high-impact multimodal transportation projects in the region.

You should bring a Civil Engineering degree (PE preferred), 12+ years of experience, and a track record of staff leadership, client service, and winning work in a consulting setting. Join a purpose-driven, inclusive culture with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree in civil engineering; PE preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in multmodal transportation or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a consulting environment.
• Recent experience with Los Angeles-area public sector agencies.
• Experience managing staff and winning competitively bid work.
• Strong client service and problem-solving abilities.
