Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Chapter President to build and lead the Los Angeles chapter. You will recruit and manage a team of Chapter Directors, personally develop member relationships, and drive growth through events and partnerships.

You will cultivate a thriving network among CEOs, founders, and senior executives, plan monthly events, and represent the organization publicly to enhance visibility in the LA market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relationship-driven role involving business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and member experience of CEO Life’s Los Angeles chapter.
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors responsible for developing relationships and bringing qualified new members.
• Develop new member relationships and aim for at least two new members per month.
• Guide the team toward a combined goal of four new members per month with coaching and accountability.
• Welcome members, understand their businesses, make introductions, and keep the community engaged.
• Plan and execute monthly Los Angeles events in partnership with the corporate team.
• Build relationships throughout the LA business community and represent CEO Life at events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Chapter Presidents to create introductions and connections beyond LA.
• Serve as a visible local representative, including on social media and member spotlights.
• Possess strong entrepreneurship, network-building, and relationship skills.
