Job summary

CEO Life Corp seeks a Chapter President to lead our Chicago community. You will drive growth, curate events, and build meaningful relationships among CEOs, founders, and senior executives.

You'll recruit and guide a team of Chapter Directors, nurture member relationships, and position Chicago as a premier hub for our expanding network. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant community impact and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship-driven roles including business development or leadership.
• Must live in the Chicago, IL area.
• Strong existing network in the Chicago business community is valuable.
• Ability to quickly build authentic relationships with successful leaders.
• Strong relationship-based sales skills and confidence to ask for business.
• Experience recruiting, leading, and motivating people.
• Warm, engaging presence that makes people feel welcome.
• Organizational skills to balance relationships, leadership, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and member experience of CEO Life's Chicago chapter.
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors.
• Develop new member relationships; bring in at least two new members per month.
• Guide the team to 4 new members per month with clear expectations.
• Serve as primary relationship for chapter members; introductions and engagement.
• Plan and execute monthly Chicago events with the corporate team.
• Build relationships across the Chicago business community and represent CEO Life.
• Collaborate with Chapter Presidents nationwide to create connections.
• Act as a visible local representative, including social media appearances.
