Zeeva Behavioral Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead with clinical precision, supervise six associate therapists, and maintain your own caseload of about 15 weekly sessions. You will uphold trauma-informed, evidence-based practice and ensure documentation and compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Active California licensure required (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person practice.
• Strong DSM-5 diagnostic expertise; knowledge of medical necessity, HIPAA, and BBS ethics.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred; commitment to professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload of 15 sessions per week.
• Provide structured supervision to 6 associate therapists with case consultations.
• Lead individual and group supervision focused on clinical development.
• Oversee documentation quality, risk management, and treatment planning.
• Participate in supervisor team huddles and organizational growth.
