Job summary

Zeeva Behavioral Health is hiring a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) in a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage psychotherapy sessions, intake assessments, and treatment plan reviews, with Medicare oversight as the incident-to provider.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, whole-person care, DSM-5 expertise, and strong documentation. California licensure is required; 0–2 years post-licensure preferred. This is a hybrid position with in-office days in California.

Qualifications

• Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) required.
• 0–2 years post-licensure preferred.
• Strong grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person mental health care.
• Experience with DSM-5 and medical necessity documentation.
• Training in evidence-based practices and strong documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time clinical caseload including psychotherapy, intake assessments, and treatment plan reviews.
• Serve as the incident-to provider for Medicare clients via phone or Zoom when off-site.
• Model Zeeva's clinical standards and participate in weekly team collaboration.
• Contribute to ongoing supervision, mentorship, and team learning.
