Job summary

Saylor in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the development and execution of social-first campaigns and brand content for a high-volume account. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in production, project management, or operations within a creative agency or media environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, PM, or operations at a creative agency, marketing firm, or media production environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to track progress and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and last-minute requests.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable).
• Experience in asset management and production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and coordinating across all phases of content production.
• Maintain project trackers and daily production hot-sheets showing deliverable statuses.
• Take and consolidate notes from client and internal meetings.
• Create and track asset tickets in Asana and other PM tools from creation to completion.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Editors to manage titles and delivery.
• Assist Producers with client communications and feedback.
• Ensure deliverables meet Saylor and client quality standards.
