We Are Social, a creative agency, is seeking an Executive Producer in Los Angeles to lead the production team and drive end-to-end strategy across workstreams. You will manage large budgets, scale operations, and mentor a strong production group to deliver efficient, high-impact campaigns.

You will bridge vision and execution, lead client presentations, and ensure resource planning aligns with client needs while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of production experience within an agency environment.
• Leadership experience with a team.
• Exceptional presentation skills for New Business pitches.
• Solutions-first mindset for complex roadblocks.
• Technical familiarity with AI integration for project management.

• Proactively solve big picture project and business problems and update management after resolution.
• Forecast team capacity and project health across multiple workstreams.
• Provide authoritative reporting on departmental status and resourcing.
• Lead high-impact client presentations and new business Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate on long-term account planning to ensure innovative production approaches.
• Keep stakeholders informed and educated on production processes.
• Review SOWs for scope, risk, assumptions, and deliverables.
• Lead process improvements including budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
