Job summary

Aro Homes is seeking an experienced Area Superintendent to lead LA market expansion in residential construction. You will oversee field teams, coordinate with planning, design, and development, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in single-family construction, 3+ years in management, and strong leadership. Strong communication and proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, P6, and Jira are required.

Qualifications

8+ years of general construction experience in the single-family residential space.
3+ years of experience as a manager or team leader.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with digital project management systems (Procore, Buildertrend, P6, Jira).

Responsibilities

Promote a culture of safety across all projects and ensure OSHA compliance.
Identify skill gaps and create targeted initiatives to build team competencies.
Recruit, lead, and mentor the field team.
Develop and implement construction training programs for site superintendents and field teams.
Monitor progress across multiple projects to ensure alignment with quality and schedule objectives.
Collaborate with planning & ops, design, customer service & sales to meet quality expectations.
Drive continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.
