Job summary

National CORE is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee all construction activities at the Los Angeles project site. You will collaborate with the VP of Construction to define scopes, track budgets, and maintain schedules for high-cost, complex projects.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in residential construction, strong coordination with city inspectors, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience managing residential projects.
• Experience working with city inspectors on construction projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Project software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Higher education or technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all subcontractors and oversee day-to-day construction activities, including scheduling, inspections, quality control and safety.
• Work with Project Management for utilities, permits, plan checks and COs to obtain approvals.
• Direct subcontractors and subordinates.
• Provide periodic written reporting and scheduling updates.
• Maintain OSHA safety requirements site wide.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work site daily.
