Job summary

Fly by Night LA is seeking an Apparel Production Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. You will manage production calendars, coordinate with vendors and factories, and ensure on-time delivery from development to bulk production.

Responsibilities include issuing PO’s, reviewing samples, maintaining records for fabrics and trims, and communicating changes to cross-functional teams while striving for quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Production Planning and Production Management skills including scheduling and tracking progress.
• Project Management and Organization skills to handle multiple styles, timelines, and documents.
• Excellent Communication skills to relay information to internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with apparel production processes, materials, garment construction, and quality checks beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and production management tools; MS Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and factories to manage timelines and calendars.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and review samples and pre-production approvals.
• Maintain records for fabrics, trims and finished goods; update internal systems.
• Resolve production-related issues and communicate changes to design, merchandising, and other teams.
• Support inventory and shipping teams with status updates and delay troubleshooting.
