Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator in Beverly Hills to support a growing division serving major big-box retail accounts. You will oversee the apparel production lifecycle from PO issuance to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and margin goals are met.

This role requires proactive management of fast-moving production details. You will collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Logistics, and Compliance teams, maintain the Time & Action

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apparel production experience, preferably private label, big-box, or club retail.
• Knowledge of the apparel development process from sourcing to delivery.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager throughout the apparel production lifecycle across programs and categories.
• Coordinate production timelines to ensure on-time delivery to retail partners.
• Issue, update, and track purchase orders including costs, lead times, and delivery targets.
• Partner with overseas vendors and internal teams across Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Logistics, and Compliance.
• Manage the Time & Action calendar and follow up on key production milestones.
• Track fabric approvals, trims, lab dips, fit samples, and TOP samples.
• Ensure testing and packaging requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records in PLM systems and Excel trackers.
