Job summary

Israeli American Council (IAC) seeks an Activism Program Manager for Los Angeles to lead pro-Israel advocacy, educational programs, and community mobilization. This role partners with the LA Regional Director to grow an engaged activist network and respond to antisemitism through outreach and coalition-building.

The position is 25 hours per week, temporary, with reporting to the LA Regional Director. Evening and weekend hours are required to support regional activities and events.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing activist networks and community programs.
• Ability to facilitate groups, trainings, and community activities.
• Experience working with volunteers or activist coalitions is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew; strong written and spoken communication.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends for regional activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional resource for pro-Israel advocacy, community engagement, and antisemitism responses in the Los Angeles area.
• Develop and support activism initiatives, educational programs, and community mobilization efforts.
• Expand and maintain a vibrant activist network through workshops, outreach, and coalitions.
• Collaborate with educators, schools, and community partners to advance outreach and programming.
