Job summary

Paranet Solutions is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer with strong Azure expertise to lead as a senior technical authority within our Managed Services team.

You will be the final escalation point for complex issues, design and deploy Azure/Microsoft 365 environments, and mentor engineers while guiding projects from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper‑V).
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
