Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented L2 Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team in Dallas. The role provides second-level technical support, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures stability, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include incident escalation, root-cause analysis, on-call participation, and collaboration with security and infrastructure teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Microsoft 365 administration and virtualization basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve escalated incidents from L1 support.
• Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity.
• Maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments.
• Manage user access and identity services (Active Directory).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
