Job summary

Dijital Team Pty is seeking an L2 Support Engineer to be a key member of the Centralised Services Team. You will deliver reliable technical support, resolve requests, and drive automation across a managed IT services environment.

The role emphasizes secure IT environments, incident response, and ongoing service improvement. Strong MS technology expertise and customer-facing skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or managed services.
• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve assigned service requests per established processes.
• Maintain accurate work records with next steps.
• Escalate issues following defined procedures.
• Monitor backups and ensure coverage; manage patching.
• Respond to alerts for incident and problem resolution; maintain monitoring templates.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Communicate with customers with clear progress updates and Next steps.
• Document changes and update knowledge base for repeatable tasks.
