Job summary

Astreya in the United States is seeking a technical specialist to diagnose server issues, coordinate hardware replacements, and manage RMAs with vendors.

You will install parts, perform firmware upgrades, configure IPs and credentials, and support network admins in cabling and rack setup to ensure readiness. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and post-install validation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with firmware upgrades and asset lifecycle processes.

Salary Range

$39,976.00 - $63,120.00 USD (Salary)
