Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Fort Bragg is seeking an L1 SSHO Site Safety Health Officer to oversee O&M for Womack Army Medical Center under the OMEE program. You will ensure compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA, and coordinate with government stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.

The role requires delivering safe, compliant operations, supporting preventive maintenance, and coordinating training and regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD medical facility operations and O&M contracts.
• Must be able to obtain necessary certifications by 1 February 2026.
• Strong knowledge of DHA, TJC, NFPA, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily O&M activities in compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Oversee medical facility systems and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with DHA, COR, Facility Management, and clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely work execution.
• Maintain readiness for emergencies and after-hours requirements.
• Support audits, training, and regulatory documentation.
