Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a QCM to support the OMEE program at Fort Bragg, ensuring compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.

The role includes overseeing medical facility systems, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and maintaining uninterrupted facility operations, including after-hours readiness.

Certification requirements apply; ability to pass a background check is mandatory, and prior DoD medical facility O&M experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have required certifications or proof of active pursuit with full completion by 1 February 2026.
  • Certifications must be completed no later than 1 February 2026.
  • Provide proof of enrollment or scheduled exam dates as applicable.
  • Experience on medical O&M contracts valued between $7M–$10M annually is strongly preferred.
  • Past performance on DHA/DoD medical facility contracts highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily O&M activities in compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
  • Support medical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled repair requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with DHA, COR, Facility Management, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely work execution.
  • Maintain operational readiness for emergency and after-hours requirements.
  • Support training, reporting, and regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to performance improvement, safety programs, and operational continuity.
