Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an entry-level data center technician to perform basic break/fix support for servers, switches, routers, and storage under L2/L3 guidance. You will assist with hardware and software installation, equipment staging, and rack and cabinet setup in a fast-paced data center environment.

You will monitor infrastructure alerts, maintain accurate inventory and cabling records, follow data center safety procedures, and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications

• Foundational data centre, IT hardware, telecom, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, or cabling preferred.
• Willingness to learn network and structured cabling fundamentals.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities
