Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents
• Oversee written discovery and e-discovery strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Participate substantially in mediations and trials
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across litigation teams

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of defense-side complex litigation experience
